Select the Panel for Its Intended Use
For an exterior sign, consider the panel size, support, wind exposure, print finish and fixing method. For an interior display, weight, edge appearance and the wall surface may be the main practical considerations.
Architectural cladding needs a separate specification review. Core type and product documentation matter; the term ACM alone does not establish fire performance or suitability for a particular wall assembly. Confirm the specified product and installation details with the project design team before ordering.
Panels also do not make a complete wall waterproof by themselves. Cladding details must account for joints, flashings, drainage and the underlying wall construction. Avoid selecting a panel on appearance alone when it forms part of a building envelope.
Planning ACM Panel Installation
The installation approach depends on the application, panel dimensions, supporting surface and access. Suitable fixings, spacing and support should be planned before fabrication, rather than decided after the panels arrive.
Send photographs of the full installation area and note any existing signage, uneven surfaces, access restrictions or work at height. For building projects, include relevant drawings and specifications. Our sign and graphic installation service can be discussed for signage applications.
What Affects ACM Panel Pricing?
Pricing depends on panel grade, thickness, finish, dimensions and quantity, together with print coverage, cutting, fabrication and installation. Custom shapes, folded components, supporting frames and removal of existing materials can change the scope.
Include your location, artwork or drawings, approximate sizes, intended use and preferred timing when requesting a quote. This helps us review a suitable specification and explain what is included.
